Great thnx for the info, I have had golfers elbow since as early as grade 4. Im 25 now and get it at least once a year. 3 days ago it happened again and im still inflamed and workin lol. Now with this I can hopefully cure it alot faster, instead of living with for weeks until it goes away. So painful..

I don’t have golfers or tennis elbow however when i do planks on the ground with my forearms laying on the floor, i feel pressure/pain on the back of my elbows on both arms.. what could that be?

  22. jmvneto51 says:

    I am not a doctor …
I am not a doctor or anything close to it so it is better to look for professional help, although, in my case, some doctors just increased the pain and the frustration!

  23. jmvneto51 says:

    Have to say …
Have to say something! I had this Vicodin, reminiscent of a ACL replacement, for (believe me) more then five years. The bottle was down to four when I remembered having it. I used it (call me crazy) and it gave me a huge break in the pain department. I was able to comfortably move my arm and because of that I think it is much better, even though, no more Vicodin. I think the acetaminophen in the formula was good for the inflammation and the hydrocodone gave me the ´´will“ to move it.

  24. mikerobinsonn says:

    1)active release 2) …
    1)active release 2)ASTYM 3)fish oil 4)ibeauprofen 5)stretching 6)heat 7)ultra sound 8)**CISSUS RX** 9)glucosamine and chondratonin

with tendonitis its all about experimenting, physical therapy didnt work, then try one of these, the worse thing to do is let it sit, i know how much of a it can be, i have it in both arms too, and have since march

  25. mikerobinsonn says:

    everything–the …
everything–the heavier the worse, im still rehabing, nothing thus far, fish oil seems to help, u can buy the tabs at cvs for like 7 dollars.

i read up about something called “cissus rx” online today and ordered it, i havent read a bad review yet so im excited, but don’t push the weight, if it bothers you u can still lift if u want, just lower weight more reps, keep ur wrist straight and use best form possible, ice religously.
